Mr. Farid Pasha bin Mr. Saad Eddin Al Yafi
(1861 – 1926 AD)
He was born in Damascus in 1861 AD. He was appointed as Director of Beirut Police then worked as Director of the Land Registry (Real Estate Services) in Damascus.
He was granted the title of Pasha by the Ottoman Sultan Abdul Hamid and was appointed as a Director of the Islamic Endowments in Damascus and a member of the State Shura Council in Damascus.

He has four wives, one of whom is Aisha bint Abu Al-Nasr Al-Khatib.
His children are Rushdi, Lutfi, Mohamed Muzaffar, Muzayyan, Latifa, Khadija, and Fatima. He died in Damascus in 1926 and was buried there.
